Mr Woo expressed his gratitude for the appointment, "It is a great honour and privilege to be entrusted by the IAACA ExCo with this extremely important position. I am also grateful for the support of the Central People's Government of China and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for ICAC to continue its leading role in the international fight against corruption. I am truly excited to work with each and every member of the Association to advance our mission of building a corruption-free world."

Under Mr Woo's leadership, IAACA is working on three strategic priorities for its sustainable development: First, IAACA will enhance the experience sharing with anti-corruption authorities and professionals. Conferences and training programmes will be organized in collaboration with members and related organizations so as to provide platforms for graft-fighters to share their experience and discuss challenges in the fight against corruption. Second, closer partnerships between IAACA and international and regional organizations will be forged through innovative projects which aim to address global concerns and emerging trends. Last but not least, IAACA is strengthening its online initiatives to connect graft-fighters worldwide. With the members' continuous support, IAACA will make greater contribution to the international fight against corruption.

Mr Woo also thanked Mr Simon Peh for his commitment to the Association and the achievements he made.
